Above The Smog

Here's a quick piece that I bashed out in about 3 hours, no real rhyme or reason to this one, was mostly just bored and wanted to doodle late at night, but for those who want a story...

The girl climbed the stairs of the building flight by flight before finally reaching the rooftop. Gazing up into the sky, she felt her heart skip. Stars. As far as the eye could see, right the way across to the horizon. Not even the sun could be seen beneath the smog during the day, but that all felt like a distant memory now. The stars were so clear and bright... Are these what dreams look like?
